We take great pride in everything we do here at Bellissa, and we hope you’ll be pleased with the products you order from us. However we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, thats why we have an easy 28 day returns policy in place.

Our Policy

You can return any product(s) purchased from our website for any reason, this may include an exchange for a different colour, or if you changed your mind, or if the product was faulty.

We will only accept products returned to us within 28 days or receipt.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s). We will not refund the original postage cost or return postage cost, unless the product is being returned because it was faulty.
