Description
How to use:
- Apply a clear base coat and colour of your choice
- While the polish is still wet, take a pinch of the glitter flakes and sprinkle it over the nail
- Tap off the excess and wipe your cuticles clean
- Finish with at least 2-3 layers of top coat, for a smooth and glossy finish
