Description
How to use:
- Apply a base coat, and cure it for 30 seconds under a manicure lamp
- Use the applicator to tap on the powder
- Gently buff the powder into your nail using the applicator, the more powder you apply, the deeper the colour
- Apply a protective no-wipe UV top coat
